For the separate production of heat, energy sources are burned again, causing a higher CO2 emissions and higher costs. For CHP plants, however, the heat produced is in power generation coupled and can be used as hot water or heating. So, up to 90% of the used energy can be used and up to 40% primary energy can be saved.<\/p>\n<div class=\"title\">\n<h3>CHP FOR OWNERS AND TENANTS<\/h3>\n<div class=\"title-sep-container\">\n<div class=\"title-sep\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium alignleft\" style=\"display: block;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ed-energy.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_9815.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9815\" width=\"300\" height=\"178\" \/>One thing is certain, there are enough investment backlog of old heaters, minimal insulation, leaky windows and doors. An energetic modernization, however, can reduce energy consumption by more than two thirds.
