ED-ENERGY checks the system components of the complete range continuously, following the strictest standards. This encompasses not only the technical values of a photovoltaic module but also space-resolved information of individual cells which we determine through electroluminescence and infrared. So can negative factors like cell rupture and mini fissures fractures can be detected and the modules can be sorted out at an early stage.<\/p>\n

CONTINUOUS QUALITY CONTROLS BY ED-ENERGY<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

In order to guarantee our clients always perfect quality of the pho products, they have to pass several controls before delivery. And we don\u2019t rely on our eyes and hands alone \u2013 we also use innovative technology which will detect even the smallest faults.<\/p>\n

TEST WITH THE EL-CAMERA<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

We use the electroluminescence camera for photovoltaic quality assurance, because this makes even the smallest quality faults visible. This way we see even defects that are invisible to the human eye \u2013 like micro fissures in the modules.<\/p>\n

TEST WITH THE FLASHER<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

The products are being quality tested already at the manufacturer. In the Flasher, a flashlight simulates the solar radiation and the nominal capacity of the solar modules is measured. We take care that you receive the so-called Flashlist.<\/p>\n

TEST WITH INFRARED CAMERA<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

Large temperature differences in the module and so-called hot-spots on the cells can be detected.<\/p>\n

VISUAL INSPECTION<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

We diligently control if packaging and storing are carried out as appropriate for the product, and we check the items for completeness, damages as well as cleanliness and correctness.<\/p>\n
