Whether new construction or renovation: As part of a design and planning advice, we develop concepts for buildings (residential and commercial building) with high energy efficiency and low operating costs. This includes the energy optimization of the building envelope and plant technology taking account of economic and environmental aspects and user comfort.

At this we can show potential funding for your property (new or existing buildings).
In the report the user behavior and the present condition of existing property are valued, where sensible energy saving measures for energy conservation are proposed.
The report includes the energy consumption certificate, energy performance certificate for residential buildings, as well as for objects that are not used as living space. We create a sophisticated energy report for your building.
